The apartment features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

The heart of the home is the large dining room, perfect for sharing meals and special moments together. Thanks to its generous size, it is an ideal gathering space for groups of friends or relatives who wish to dine together while staying in separate apartments within the same property. Additional features include a traditional Alpine Stube, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern geothermal underfloor heating, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.

Outside, guests can relax in the large private garden, furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, or enjoy pleasant outdoor moments in the barbecue area, complete with a table and chairs. A warm and welcoming retreat where you can experience a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and Alpine tradition.

• Washroom with washing machine and tumble dryer (Euro 4,00 per wash)
• A refundable damage deposit of € 200.00 is mandatory. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client after completion of the holiday as long as no damage is reported by our Management.
• Mid week bed linen change on request - towels € 6.00 per set/person, € 8.00 per person/sheet
• Daily cleaning on request (with surcharge)
• Wellness area (minimum surcharge: € 20,00 for 2 people)
• Cot € 45,00 per week, € 10,00 per day
• City tax: € 1.50 per person/day until a maximum of 7 consecutive days, children till the age of 12 are exempt
