Superior one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor includes good sized living area with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower, wide panoramic windows with mountain view. Geothermal underfloor heating.

Supplements

• Washroom with washing machine and tumble dryer (€ 4,00 per wash)
• A refundable damage deposit of € 200.00 is mandatory. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client after completion of the holiday as long as no damage is reported by our Management.
• Mid-week bed linen change on request - towels € 8.00 per set/person, € 6.00 per person/sheet
• Daily cleaning on request (with surcharge)
• Wellness area (minimum surcharge: € 15,00 for 2 people)
• The taverna with kitchen, fully equipped for 20 people, can be reserved with supplement
• Cot € 35,00 per week, € 10,00 per day
• City tax: € 1,00 per person/day until a maximum of 7 consecutive days, children till the age of 18 are exempt.
